Good starter retinol

I've only previously used the Geek and Gorgeous A Game and this one is a bit stronger than that, but I don't notice any irritation whatsoever. It's quite gentle and suitable for beginners. The product is very lightweight, absorbs easily, and allows for a heavier moisturizing product on top.
