THE BEAUTY GIVEAWAY – Newsletter Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by:
NICHE BEAUTY LAB, S.L.

Hereinafter, the “Organizer” or “NICHE BEAUTY LAB”.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway will begin on September 27 and end on October 4 at 11:59 PM CEST (the “Giveaway Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility Requirements
The giveaway is open to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Are legal residents of countries within the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom or Switzerland, expressly excluding Italy and Belgium.
- Comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Employees of NICHE BEAUTY LAB, its affiliated companies and agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway during the Giveaway Period, participants must complete and submit the official THE BEAUTY GIVEAWAY form provided by Niche Beauty Lab through Klaviyo, providing the required information.
The form must be duly completed and submitted within the Giveaway Period.
Only one (1) entry per person and email address will be accepted.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or duplicate entries may be disqualified at the Organizer’s discretion.
5. Prize
A total of five (5) winners will each receive:
One (1) Niche Beauty Lab THE BEAUTY COUNTDOWN Advent Calendar, with a retail price of €99.95 and products with a total stated value of more than €230.
The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other alternative at the winner’s request.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another product of equal or greater value if circumstances so require.
6. Winner Selection
Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received through the official giveaway form during the Giveaway Period.
The random draw will take place after the Giveaway Period has ended.
The Organizer will verify that each selected participant meets the eligibility requirements before confirming them as a winner.
If a selected participant does not meet these requirements, the Organizer may conduct a new random selection to choose an alternate winner.
7. Winner Announcement and Notification
The five (5) winners will be contacted on October 5 via the email address provided in the entry form.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, declines the prize, cannot be reached or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the Organizer reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped free of charge to the address provided by each winner.
Shipping will only be available within the territories included in Section 3 of these Terms & Conditions.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, losses, customs procedures or delivery issues beyond its reasonable control.
9. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected through the entry form will be processed for the purposes of managing participation in the giveaway, verifying compliance with the eligibility requirements, selecting and contacting the winners, arranging delivery of the prizes and complying with applicable legal obligations.
NICHE BEAUTY LAB, S.L. will act as the data controller.
Klaviyo may process personal data on behalf of NICHE BEAUTY LAB as a service provider in connection with the management of the giveaway.
Participation in the giveaway does not, in itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications from NICHE BEAUTY LAB. Where consent to receive marketing communications is requested, it will be presented separately from participation in the giveaway.

10. Limitation of Liability
NICHE BEAUTY LAB shall not be liable for:
- Technical failures that may affect the operation or submission of the entry form.
- Incomplete or invalid forms, or forms that, for reasons beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, have not been properly registered.
- Circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the running of the giveaway or the delivery of the prizes.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Right to Modify or Cancel the Giveaway
NICHE BEAUTY LAB reserves the right to suspend, modify, shorten, extend or cancel the giveaway due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where necessary for legal or operational reasons.
Any material changes will be communicated through the Organizer’s official channels.
12. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
Participation in this giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from this giveaway shall be subject to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
