1. RETURNS

 Can I return a product?

EAt Niche Beauty Lab we are on a mission to offer you the best shopping experience possible. So if the product does not work for your skin type, does not suit your needs or you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, don't worry, we will help you find an alternative product or refund you the corresponding amount!

You have 60 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund.

  • If you have received a product that is damaged, defective or does not match the reference number you purchased please contact us at question@nichebeautylab.com with the order data and indicating the defective or incorrect references (in the case of orders with damaged or incorrect products, it will be necessary to attach images in order to process the claim). We will start working to solve it as soon as possible.
  • If you have changed your mind about your order or any of the products , please contact us at question@nichebeautylab.com with the details of your order and the reason for the return. Please note that the following conditions must be met in order to process the return:
    • ○ Products must be returned within 60 working days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.
    • ○ Products must be returned in their original sealed box/packaging..
    • ○ Products must not have been used.
    • ○ Products that are in poor condition will not be accepted.
 

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

In case of defective or incorrect products you don't have to worry about anything! You will NOT have to pay shipping costs in any case, the management and transport costs will be paid by Niche Beauty Lab.

Niche Beauty Lab also gives you the option to return or exchange the products, even if you have received them in perfect condition, please note that in this case, you must assume the cost of shipping and safe return of the products. You can choose the carrier of your choice. Or if you prefer, we can arrange for the collection of the package to be returned. Please note that there is an associated cost of 7.95€ which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

TO BE CONSIDERED

As long as you present your products in perfect condition and in their original packaging, Niche Beauty Lab will reimburse you the corresponding amount in the same payment method you used during the purchase. Consequently, the Buyer is advised of the fact that he will not be able to assert his legal right of withdrawal with respect to unsealed items or items that are not in perfect condition, for further commercialization.

Returns processed more than 60 days after the date of purchase will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibility

We remind you that you will be responsible for the returned products until they arrive at our warehouse. So although it is not mandatory, we recommend that you request and keep the proof of shipment, because in the event that this is lost or can not be located, sorry, we will not be able to complete the return request.

 

2. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS IN THE ORDER

Can I make a product exchange?

At this time we do not offer product exchanges. That is why, if you are not satisfied with one of the products purchased, you can review the instructions you will find in point 1 to proceed with the return of the same.

Can I modify/cancel my order?

Good news! After you have made your purchase, you can modify/cancel an order as long as it has not been processed and shipped. Contact us at question@nichebeautylab.com with the details of your order and what happened so that we can solve it as soon as possible without incurring any cost. Our customer service hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00h -13h | 15:00h - 17:00h.

Please note that if the order is ready to be shipped or in the hands of the carrier, we will not be able to cancel it.

In any case, remember that you have 60 days from delivery to easily return the items you no longer want.

 

3. REFUNDS

As soon as the return is received and verified by our warehouse staff, we will process the refund of the corresponding amount, which should appear in your bank account within 12 working days after the date of receipt of the return. Please note that these deadlines may be affected on specific dates such as sales or holiday periods.

The corresponding amount will be refunded to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds to any card or account other than the one used during the purchase process.

Once the refund order has been processed, you will receive an automatic email for your information.

 

4. Retailers and Third Parties

We do not accept exchanges and/or returns of products that have NOT been purchased through the www.nichebeautylab.com. website. In this case we recommend that you review the return and exchange policies of the authorized retailer for the sale of our products.

 

5. RESPONSIBLE USE

We will contact you if we observe a suspicious pattern of activity or behavior regarding returns.

If we observe an abuse of the return policy we may suspend your account. If this has happened to you and you think it was a mistake, please email us at question@nichebeautylab.com, we will be happy to review it together. If your account has been suspended and you need to make a return, please contact our Customer Care team, before sending any product back.

Niche Beauty Lab reserves the right to determine if you are entitled to a refund and, if so, the amount of the refund. Niche Beauty Lab reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund or accept an order for any reason, including, but not limited to, if we believe that your order is suspicious or fraudulent in any way.
