THE BEAUTY GIVEAWAY – Instagram Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
This Giveaway is organized by:
NICHE BEAUTY LAB, S.L.

Hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “NICHE BEAUTY LAB”.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on [START DATE] at [TIME] CEST and ends on [END DATE] at [TIME] CEST (the “Giveaway Period”).
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who:
Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Are legal residents of the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom or Switzerland, excluding Italy and Belgium.
Comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Employees of NICHE BEAUTY LAB, its affiliates, agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway through Instagram during the Giveaway Period, participants must:
Follow @nichebeautylab on Instagram.
Like the official THE BEAUTY GIVEAWAY post.
Leave a comment on the official Giveaway post answering the question indicated in the post.
Only one (1) entry per Instagram account will be considered unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or duplicate entries may be disqualified at the Organizer’s discretion.
5. Prize
A total of five (5) winners will each receive:
One (1) THE BEAUTY COUNTDOWN Advent Calendar by Niche Beauty Lab, with a retail price of €99.95 and containing products with a stated total value of over €230.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other alternative at the winner’s request.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another product of equal or greater value should circumstances require.
6. Winner Selection
Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all valid Instagram entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The random draw will take place after the Giveaway Period has ended.
The Organizer will verify that each selected participant meets the eligibility and participation requirements before confirming them as a winner.
If a selected participant does not meet these requirements, the Organizer may conduct a new random selection to select an alternative winner.
7. Winner Announcement and Notification
The winners will be announced on [DATE] through Niche Beauty Lab’s official Instagram account.
Winners may also be contacted via Instagram Direct Message using the account with which they participated.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, declines the prize, cannot be reached or does not meet the participation requirements, the Organizer reserves the right to randomly select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped free of charge to the address provided by each winner.
Shipping will only be available within the territories specified in Section 3 of these Terms & Conditions.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, losses, customs procedures or delivery issues beyond its reasonable control.
9. Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with this Giveaway will be processed for the purposes of managing participation, verifying compliance with the requirements, selecting and contacting winners, managing prize delivery and complying with applicable legal obligations.
NICHE BEAUTY LAB, S.L. acts as the data controller.

10. Content Licence
Where participation involves submitting comments or other content, participants retain ownership of such content.
By participating, entrants grant NICHE BEAUTY LAB a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, share and display the content submitted as part of their entry on NICHE BEAUTY LAB’s owned digital and social media channels in connection with the Giveaway and its communication, subject to applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
NICHE BEAUTY LAB shall not be liable for:
Technical failures affecting participation.
Lost, delayed, incomplete or invalid entries.
Circumstances beyond its reasonable control affecting the operation of the Giveaway or prize delivery.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Right to Modify or Cancel
NICHE BEAUTY LAB reserves the right to suspend, modify, shorten, extend or cancel the Giveaway due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where necessary for legal or operational reasons.
Any material changes will be communicated through the Organizer’s official channels.
13. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to NICHE BEAUTY LAB and not to Instagram or Meta and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility related to this Giveaway.
14. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
Participation in this Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
Any disputes arising in connection with this Giveaway shall be subject to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
