The DRUG DELIVERY technique applied to DERMOCOSMETICS
Nanobiotechnology in your beauty products.
Liposomes and the encapsulation technique in general are not new to the field of medicine. For years this technique has been used to transport pharmaceutical compounds in the body for therapeutic purposes (DRUG DELIVERY). This technique has been successfully used with drugs to fight diseases, such as cancer, where they allow the compound to act specifically on the cells that must be treated, and have done so with excellent results.
Now this proven technology reaches a new dimension, dramatically improving the performance of cosmetic products. Unlike the traditional liposomes used in cosmetics, formulated with soy lecithin and manufactured with basic methods, we have developed nanovesicles.
Patented Encapsulation.
Unlimited Benefits.
- Increased active effectiveness, because up to 12 times more of the ingredient is released and into the layer where it is needed (epidermis, stratum corneum or hair follicle)
- It protects the active ingredient from degradation and maintains all its properties until it is released into the targeted skin area. It also prevents its oxidation, thus making it more resistant throughout time and extending its shelf life.
- Thanks to its high concentration in essential phospholipids, it repairs damaged skin, thus recovering the natural skin barrier and protective function while reducing transepidermal water loss (TEWL).
- It guarantees maximum tolerance of the skin towards the applied active ingredient, avoiding irritations, allergies or any rejection of the product.
The Cosmetic Dron
Our patented delivery system is designed to target precisely the source of the problem. It detects the targeted cells, regardless of the skin layer they are in, and releases the entire potency of the active ingredient with the precision of a drone. Based on the whole range of skin problems that we treat, we have designed three delivery systems, one for each targeted skin area.
Why ingredient encapsulation ?
As a result of our liposomal encapsulation technology for enhanced drug delivery, up to 12 times more of an active ingredient is released into the skin as compared to the use of free, non-encapsulated active ingredients.
This drug delivery system allows the encapsulated actives to penetrate the skin quickly yet also safely, while maintaining its functionality in deeper skin layers and without causing alterations to the skin's molecular structure. All in all, ingredient encapsulation allows to transport the full potency of an active ingredient to the right skin layer and thus achieves exponential results for cosmetic formulations and ultimately in your skin.
FREE ACTIVE INGREDIENT vs ENCAPSULATED ACTIVE INGREDIENT with LET (LIPOSOMAL ENCAPSULATION TECHNOLOGY)
Case Study: LET-Retinol
We conducted "ex vivo" dermal penetration tests (human skin explants) as part of the process to verify the functionality and suitability of our nanovesicles, determining the amount of active ingredient delivered and released in each skin layer in comparison with the natural diffusion of the non-encapsulated active ingredient.
Anti-wrinkle capability of LET-Retinol (Collagen Analysis)
Findings
At equal concentration of pure Retinol, LET-Retinol is 4,5 times more effective than free-Retinol, recovering 90% of the collagen levels within nine days after starting the treatment.

PLANT STEM CELLS
Ingredients you have never heard before. Results you have never seen before.
Have you ever noticed that a tree branch always regenerates itself when cut or damaged?
Did you realize that a plant never stops growing?
Plants have a constant pool of Totipotent cells (known as Plant Stem Cells). These cells can repair any damaged tissue.
A complete and functional plant can regenerate from a single stem cell when the proper conditions are maintained.
