DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?

NO, never have and never will! All of our products are Cruelty Free. Animal tests are prohibited in the European Union.

DO YOU HAVE VEGAN BRANDS?

Of course! It is very important for us to have cosmetics for everyone and every lifestyle. Thus, we developed products that are suitable for vegans, like Detox Skinfood. Many of our products are vegan-friendly and that is indicated on the respective product detail page.

HOW MUCH IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Delivery to Spain, rest of Europe, United States and Canada are free of charge, for shipping costs to the rest of the world you can check the following page.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

For shipments within mainland Spain delivery will be made in 24/48 hours, for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. Shipping time for Europe is 48/72 hours, to the United States and Canada 3 - 4 working days and for the rest of the world 5 - 8 days.

I RECEIVED A WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please don't hold it against us! At Niche Beauty Lab we prepare every order with great care so that it arrives in perfect condition, but it may have suffered a mishap during transit.
