Unlock the dispenser by turning the top counterclockwise. Apply gel liberally onto wet skin and massage all over body with hands. Rinse thoroughly. Use daily.

I have used this cleanser for both face and body for about a month now. it is super effective in taking off even makeup and sunscreen, still the skin does feel smooth and not stripped at all. I love the creamy foam it produces and the amount is incredible for the price.
