We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, so we work to deliver your order as soon as possible respecting delivery times.

Orders placed on working days before 13h, are processed on the same day and delivery times depend on the country of destination. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.

Please note that during sales periods, promotions or special Black Friday campaigns, order processing and delivery times may be longer.

Can I change the delivery address of an order?

If you detect any incorrect information, or if you wish to change the delivery address of the order, please note that we can manage it while it is being prepared in our warehouses. Once it is ready for shipment or in the hands of the carrier, we can no longer make changes to the order. Check the status in My Purchases and, if you are in time, contact our Customer Service team, don't forget to check all the fields!

In addition, if your order has already been shipped and the address is wrong or you will not be able to receive the order, the transport company will offer you the option of delivering the package to a selected collection point.

What if I am not at home on the day of delivery?

Please note that if at the time of the first delivery you are absent, the transport company that delivers in your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If in the second delivery you are also absent, the order will be delivered to the delegation in your area so that you can pick it up. If for some reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange the delivery, you can write to us at question@nichebeautylab.com so that we can help you in any way we can.

Can I receive my order in the time slot of my choice?

You can leave your preferences about the delivery schedule in the comments box for the carrier that you will find before finalizing your order. Although we know that they do their best to deliver within the specified time, it may be difficult for them to do so depending on the carrier's route, so don't get impatient! You can also select a pick-up point and pick up your order when you prefer.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

Write to us at question@nichebeautylab.com, we will be happy to help you, you are in good hands.

There are two main reasons why you have not received your package:

  • Wrong address: In this case we recommend that you always check that the address you entered is correct, as it is possible that your package was delivered to the wrong address.
  • Failed delivery attempts: The carrier makes up to two delivery attempts with an agreed delivery date/time. In the event that they have not been able to contact you and more than 14 business days have passed after the first delivery attempt, we will initiate arrangements for the return of your order to our offices. We recommend that you check all SMS, calls and emails.

What if delivery is not possible?

When an order could not be delivered for reasons external to Niche Beauty Lab and more than 14 working days have passed since the first delivery attempt, the package will be returned to our offices. We will automatically proceed to refund the full amount of your purchase within 14 working days from the reception of the order, except the costs originated by the shipment and return of the package. (7,95€).

Holidays

Non-working days in our logistics center for the year 2023. No orders are prepared on these days, so orders will be delayed to the next working day.
